Free Shipping to the Continental US

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the lower 48 United States. Whether you are ordering a single set of pergola brackets or multiple custom-sized window well grates, the price you see is the price you pay.

Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada

We love our neighbors to the north and our friends across the water. While we currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, we are happy to provide a custom shipping quote to deliver our products to you.

Tuff Fabrication specializes in two core premade product lines, manufactured with precision and 12-gauge steel:

Processing Times: Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1–3 business days. Once your order leaves our facility in Salem, Utah, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping FAQ

How is my order shipped? We partner with trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx to ensure your steel products arrive in perfect condition. Because our products are heavy, they are packaged securely to prevent any bending or damage during transit.

What if my package is damaged? We stand behind our work. If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

Can I pick up my order locally? Yes! If you are near Salem, Utah, we offer local pickup. Please select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout or contact us to coordinate a time.
